These Terms & Conditions explain how you may use this website and any digital products, tools, downloads, or services offered through it. By accessing the site, purchasing a digital product, or using any Labs tool, you agree to these terms.

Who I Am
This website is operated by Luke Dunsmore, a UK-based sole trader providing design, creative, and digital products.

Using This Website
You’re welcome to browse, read, and use the public features of the site for personal or business reference.
You must not:
- misuse the site or attempt unauthorised access to any part of it
- attempt to reverse-engineer any tools
- copy significant portions of content for republication elsewhere
- use any part of this site in a way that breaks UK law
All rights to the site’s content, branding, illustrations, and tools remain with me unless otherwise stated.
Digital Products & Downloads
Digital items include (but aren’t limited to):
- design assets
- plugins, code snippets, templates
- Notion files
- e-books, guides, cheat sheets
- tools accessed through Gumroad, Shopify, or other storefronts
License
Unless the product page explicitly states otherwise, purchases come with a non-transferable, single-user licence.
You can use purchased items in your own personal or commercial projects, but you must not:
- resell the product or claim it as your own
- share the files publicly or in private groups
- bundle them into something you’re selling
- redistribute, upload, or publish them elsewhere
If a product is released under a specific open-source licence (for example MIT, GPL etc.), the licence included with that product overrides this section.
Refunds
Because digital downloads cannot be “returned”, all sales are generally non-refundable.
If there’s a technical fault with the file or the wrong item is delivered, I’ll of course fix the issue or replace it.
Payments
Payments for digital products are handled securely through the platform you buy from (e.g. Gumroad, Shopify, or another provider).
At no point do I store or handle your payment details.
Prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including illustrations, artwork, copywriting, branding, code snippets, product packaging, and page layouts — is owned by me unless otherwise stated.
You may reference or quote sections of content with a clear attribution, but you may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit any materials without permission.
Availability & Changes
I may update the site, suspend services, remove tools, or change pricing at any time.
I may also revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. If you continue to use the site after changes are made, you accept the updated terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
- I am not liable for any losses resulting from your use of the site or digital products.
- This includes lost revenue, data loss, business disruption, or any indirect or consequential damages.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any downloads, scripts, or tools suit your needs and environment.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Some pages may link to external sites (e.g. partner programmes, hosting providers, documentation, or social media).
I am not responsible for the content, security, or policies of those sites.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
